Join our dedicated, high-spirited team of professionals committed to the inclusion of children and adults with disabilities in their communities. We currently have an opening for a Service Coordinator. This is a fast-paced position that works directly with children in local child-care programs, works with teens in the community and coordinates respite care for families. The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting people with disabilities. Strong verbal, written communication skills and attention to detail are also required. Applicants should be comfortable supporting children and teenagers with a wide variety of needs. Experience with supervision is beneficial as this position supervises our program’s casual employees.
Service Coordinators must be available to work reliably between the hours of 8:00 & 5:30, Monday-Friday. Occasional evening & weekend hours may be required.
A reliable vehicle, driver’s license and insurance coverage are required.
- BA/BS in related field, Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with people with disabilities, families, and/or youth populations.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
